Our mission

At Sabri Properties our guiding principle and mission is simple:

To share our unique and civic orientated business practices, and to create greater public awareness of the role commercial developers can play in reinvigorating poor communities.


For over a decade, Sabri Properties has demonstrated how previously "unsaveable" neighborhoods can be rescued, and that redevelopment can happen without displacing low-income residents. We show how creating environments of opportunity can empower and 

strengthen minority or immigrant areas. Currently, we are the  largest single provider of commercial spaces and businesses for immigrants and minorities.

what inspired us

At Sabri Properties, our work is deeply rooted in the communities we serve. Many members of our leadership and team come from the very neighborhoods where we manage properties, including vibrant Somali and Mexican communities. These personal and cultural connections give us a unique understanding of the values, traditions, and needs that shape daily life for our residents.


This connection goes beyond shared heritage—it drives our commitment to culturally competent service. We prioritize hiring multilingual staff, providing translated materials, and fostering respectful communication to ensure all tenants feel heard and supported. We also actively collaborate with local organizations, faith centers, and community leaders to stay informed and involved. Basim O. Sabri

Basim O. Sabri is the Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of Sabri Properties, a growing real estate company focused on strategic property development, investment, management, and long-term growth. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand its portfolio while maintaining a strong focus on quality, performance, and lasting value.

Basim provides strategic direction across the company, overseeing operations, property management, business development, and long-term planning.
