Sabri Properties is a Minneapolis-based developer of residential and commercial properties.

We specialize in long-term projects that involve revitalizing entire neighborhoods, going beyond development and construction of buildings.

Our goal is to restore hope and opportunity to the disadvantaged, recreating communities that serve and reflect those already residing in the neighborhood.

For nearly 25 years, our company has played a key role in revitalizing neighborhoods throughout the city. We believe that the safety, prosperity and vitality of our neighbors are the true foundation of the buildings we construct.

 Promote safety and security programs: in partnership with local officials and law enforcement, we provide tools like security cameras, private security patrols, and community-involved 'clean streets' programs to deter crime and return a sense of safety to our neighboring residents and small businesses.

Because of our successful private efforts in community safety, local agencies and law enforcement officials support and extend this commitment through community policing, neighborhood outreach meetings, and ongoing programs to identify, eliminate and deter criminal behavior.

These cooperative efforts have dramatically reduced crime in and around our projects, and provide the foundation of stability and safety to encourage others to invest in the community.
